The distribution of the community pool is handled by Mars4 landowners. Landowners are the sole determinators that decide when and how much of the community pool to redistribute. The value of the community pool (consisting entirely of $MARS4) will substantially increase as the token price rises. This creates an incentive for landowners to refrain from immediate redistributions to maximise their ROIs.

NFT owners, both land and game NFTs, earn an additional income from a community pool based on total sales and transactions in-game and inclusive of Mars4 NFT lands, vehicles and asset sales.
